John Goldener M.D. is the President and Founder of Goldener Executive Search Associates. Dr. Goldener established Goldener Executive Search Associates in 2003 after a two-decade-long career in medicine as a pediatrician. Leveraging his medical and business knowledge, John Goldener M.D. successfully places other M.D.s and those with a Ph.D. or M.D./Ph.D. degree combination in new jobs. John Goldener M.D. has played a key role in helping countless qualified professionals advance their careers in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries. John Goldener's medical experience began with the establishment of two separate medical practices, Main Line Pediatrics and Pediatric Associates of the Main Line. As a practicing pediatrician, John Goldener M.D. supervised 50 staff members and 8 doctors. John Goldener M.D. recruited each member of the staff and additionally drafted the company's internal policies and procedures. John Goldener M.D. laid the foundation for the firm's clinical care pathways, forming a beneficial managed care contract for both businesses. John Goldener M.D. is a graduate of Georgetown University. He also holds a Master's degree in Medical Management from the Tulane School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine in New Orleans, Louisiana.
